Moving closer to its customers.
BFC Exchange, the money transfer and money exchange specialist, has announced today the relocation of its Komtar retail branch.
The new Komtar branch is located in the Tun Abdul Razak Complex, a popular multipurpose complex consisting of retail outlets, a transportation hub and administrative offices for the Penang State Government. The branch will be open from 9am to 6pm daily and will cater to the high volume of migrant workers in the area that require trusted money transfer services to send money home to their family and loved ones overseas. In addition, the branch will offer money exchange services at great rates and at 0% commission for local customers and tourists in the area.
To celebrate the opening of the new branch, BFC Exchange gave away 100 gold coins to the first 100 customers that made a transaction. Commenting on the opening of the branch Mr. Matthew Boast, General Manager BFC Exchange said, “At BFC Exchange our customers are at the forefront of everything we do and relocating the Komtar branch to be nearer our customers means they have a convenient location to make their important money transfer transactions. As the area is popular with tourists, customers can also take advantage of our great exchange rates on all major currencies.”
